Darragh is an experienced water engineering leader with a strong background in the strategic direction and leadership of water infrastructure teams, projects and programs. Darragh has three decades of engineering experience in public and private sector environments, managing engineering design, developing and implementing strategies and delivering projects in the water industry. Darragh is a passionate water professional committed to driving optimal outcomes for Melbourne Water.

David has been involved in Water4Good since the beginning serving as Partnership Manager for three years. He has 35 years of experience mostly in water across water supply, sewerage, stormwater, waterways and flooding. David has been Water4Good’s Project Director on over 100 assignments and has connections with all the Water4Good partners. David’s interests are in sustainability, multiple benefit outcomes, and using digital tools to multiply impacts. Annie is an experienced environmental planner and approvals specialist. During the past five years working with Water4Good, she has led approvals for multi-disciplinary projects including the Maribyrnong River Sewer Interceptor and Maroondah Aqueduct Stage 3A, working with engineers and specialists to deliver strong outcomes and navigate complex planning and approvals stakeholder processes.
Cam Howie

Cam has worked in numerous roles at Barwon Water and Melbourne Water, and in an advisory capacity at Nation Partners. For ten years, Cam held senior roles within Melbourne Water’s (former) Waterways & Land and Wholesale Services groups where he was responsible for guiding prudent investment across service delivery programs throughout waterway management, flood protection and sewerage management functions. During his eight years at Nation Partners, including the past five years working within Water4Good, Cam has supported clients with strategic, tactical and engagement guidance that has driven optimal program investment decisions

Fin is a 20 years plus sustainability practioner, having previously worked at Melbourne Water. Fin has a deep understanding of Melbourne Water’s key sustainability drivers, processes and expertise on a number of W4G projects delivering sustainable procurement practices, circular economy strategies, sustainable materials selection, climate risk management and Greenhouse gas modelling.

Trish has a thorough understanding of the environmental and social values of waterways including key plans and strategies (i.e. HWS, PPB EMP, the YSP, the GED and the ERS) to guide management actions. Trish leads the development of Monitoring and Evaluation strategies to demonstrate effectiveness of water quality interventions.
Ecology, native vegetation, flora and fauna assessments, weed/pest animal management plans.
Jared has over 8 years of Environmental Consulting experience relating to the ecology and management of flora and fauna species, and ecological communities throughout south-eastern Australia. He has undertaken and project-managed many detailed biodiversity (flora and fauna) assessments, threatened species surveys and environmental weed and pest animal mapping projects and is experienced in navigating relevant State and Commonwealth environmental legislation.

Leigh manages impacts of land development onto waterways, estuaries and wetlands with a geomorphic, waterways health and social lens. Leigh develops Cultural Water Plans and uses novel geospatial / remote sensing approaches to large scale assessment of environmental conditions.

I am a geospatial specialist with 20 years’ experience in the application of survey, reality capture and digital engineering across some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. As Water4Good’s Technical Director for Survey and Geospatial, I work closely with clients to leverage the power of reality capture and digital engineering to solve complex dimensional problems and improve spatial and operational awareness for stakeholders.

Flood Modelling, Catchment hydrology, water quality, flood risk assessment, flood impact assessment, climate change.
A chartered Environmental Engineer with over 18 years of expertise in technical flood modelling, drainage engineering, flood risk & impact assessment, and the development and implementation of mitigation measures. Luke is a problem solver, with an intense passion for water and a proven history of efficient and high-quality work across a variety of industry sectors, including government, infrastructure, and transport.
Ben Tate

Ben leads a team of close to 50 flooding specialists conducting flood mapping and flood risk management across Australia and New Zealand. Ben continues to help Melbourne Water deliver their ambitious flood mapping program and find solutions for troublesome flooding hotspots.

Celine has experience in the water (potable, sewer, drainage) industry servicing the Victorian land development sector by bringing stakeholders together. She builds partnerships with the Victorian Planning Authority, urban planning development sponsors to drive sustainable changes in response to population growth and climate change predictions.

Michael is a Chartered Engineer with 15 years post graduate experience. He has experience working on all stages of major flood alleviation and infrastructure schemes from concept design and business case preparation, through detailed design and on-site construction supervision. Supervising the construction of defences in both coastal and fluvial environments.

Zaki is a skilled flood and drainage engineer with experience across flood studies, land development assessments, and major infrastructure projects. He’s worked closely with Melbourne Water and is proficient in ARR and MW standards, with strengths in modelling, design, and flood mitigation planning.

Charlie is an Associate Director of Design at Urbis, working across Landscape Architecture and Urban Design disciplines. Over the past decade, Charlie has developed a broad portfolio of projects nationally and overseas, specialising in public realm design that makes tangible enhancements on local ecosystems, cultures, economies, and everyday lived experiences.
Zoltan and his team manage and deliver projects with complex spatial requirements across Water4Good projects, in the form of quality data, technical solutions and integrations, analysis, and advisory. Our projects vary from providing new field survey data as part of engineering design, to new GIS apps supporting planning or operations.
